How it works

Quick setup (2 minutes)

Open the Setup tab, set your default payment terms and currency. That's it.

Log your invoices

Every time you send an invoice, add a row. Client name, amount, date sent. The sheet calculates due dates and status automatically.

Check your Chase Queue

The Chase Queue auto-populates with overdue invoices, sorted by priority. Open it when you've got five minutes and a cup of tea.

Generate a chase email

Pick the right template, and it fills in the client name, amount, and dates for you. Copy it, paste it into your email, send. Done.

Common questions

Does it send emails for me?

No. It generates the email text with all the details filled in, and you copy-paste it into your email client. No scary permissions, no connecting your Gmail account, no automation running behind your back.

Can I use it alongside my existing invoicing tool?

Absolutely. This doesn't replace your invoicing software. You just log your invoices here too so you've got a proper chase system. Takes about 30 seconds per invoice.

What if I need full client management?
