Common questions

Do I have to sign up for a year?

No. It's month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Do unused hours roll over?

No, use them or lose them. But I'll always prioritise your requests within your allowance.

What if I need more hours one month?

Additional hours are billed at £50/hour for support clients (normally £40/hour). I'll always check with you before going over.

Can I use this for a site you didn't build?

Yes, but I'll need to review it first to make sure I can support it properly. There may be a small onboarding fee.

What platforms do you support?

Most common ones. WordPress, Next.js, Shopify, Webflow, and custom builds. If you're not sure, just ask.

How quickly do you respond?

Essential: within 48 hours. Growth: within 24 hours. Emergencies (site down) are always prioritised.
