Hourly: £40/hour
Most rescue jobs take 2–8 hours depending on what's wrong. I'll give you an estimate before starting so there are no surprises.

- • Mobile responsiveness fixes: 2–6 hours (£80–£240)
- • Contact form repair: 1–2 hours (£40–£80)
- • SSL/security fixes: 1–3 hours (£40–£120)
- • WordPress cleanup & updates: 2–4 hours (£80–£160)
When to consider a rebuild instead
Sometimes a site is so broken that fixing it costs more than starting fresh. I'll be honest if that's the case.
Signs you might need a new site:
- • Built on an outdated platform that's no longer supported
- • So heavily customised that nobody can figure out how it works
- • Fundamental design problems (not just cosmetic issues)
- • Your business has changed significantly since it was built
If a rebuild makes more sense, I'll tell you, and we can talk about your options.
Common questions
Can you work on any platform?
Most common ones. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, custom sites. If you're not sure, just ask.
Do you need my login details?
Usually yes, for the hosting and the site admin. I'll treat them securely and you can change passwords after.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days. If it's urgent (site is completely down), let me know and I'll see what I can do.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you upfront if something looks unfixable. You won't pay for work that doesn't solve your problem.
